my DS barely uses one, but I would like to know this too, so I am bumping for you - I just saw some the other day and tried to remember the name, but I have forgotten now- I am going to try and find them again

How do you know which ones are safe to use or not? We use Nuk mainly and sometimes the Playtex ones. I looked everywhere on the pacifier and couldn't see a number (3,6,7).

Check out this link:
http://zrecs.blogspot.com/2008/02/z-...-products.html
It has tons of information on BPA and baby care companies. You can choose a brand and find out which of their items are BPA-free and which are not.

I called companies. Avent is bad, gerber and nuk and suzie's zoo are good except for the Nuk starlight. Sesame Beginnings are also good (I just picked up 3 packages on clearance for $.48 each with 2 soothers in each)!
