I read something, i think on a brochure or leaflet or something, that bre@stmilk is higher in carbohydrates which is ideal for brain and cognative developement, whereas formula is higher in protein, which is ideal for physical developement.

ive actually heard that breastmilk contains the balanced nutrients for physical development.. too much protien isnt a good thing, kwim? i dont doubt mother nature at all

I rarely suggest anyone reads leaflets Especially from pediatrician's offices and health centers, as they're usually provided by formula companies.

Breastmilk is THE appropriate food for babies. No substitute is ideal, and certainly no substitute is superior for any kind of development.
