I am relatively new to DS and really have only purchased a few items off of ebay. This is the first I have run across people requesting only funded paypals for payment. Can I get a clarification on what that is?

I have my paypal account verified with my bank account is that the same thing?

Help?! Thanks!

Hi, I'm pretty new here too, but from what I've learned, a funded paypal account is one where you currently have funds sitting in your PP acct. I don't believe a verified bank account counts. If you have funds in your PP account, PP will pull from that money to pay people with first and foremost. This avoids both parties from being charged or paying for credit card transaction fees or waiting on "echeck" payment deliveries. Maybe someone else can explain it better, but hope that helps a little!

A verified bank account, where you can do an instant transfer from it to PP when buying something, DOES count as funded.
