Am I going to EVER ovulate or what?!

He's down to bedtime nursies only- right about 6ish weeks now.. He nurses anywhere from 2-4 total throughout the night.. For about the past two weeks I get pain in my ovaries like they are finally waking up, maybe working up to ovulate, but NOPE. It just is to fake me out I guess.. I pee on a stick and no surge, then the pain goes away for a couple days and then comes back.. just back and forth.. It's just frustrating.. He is 25 months and not even one single af yet. I was hoping now that he's down to bedtime nursies, my body would start ovulating again. I really am thinking I'm one of those that will have to completely wean before af will return.. I don't know how I'm ever going to wean him from the night nursing though, he really is attached to it. Any insight from anyone that has btdt?

No insight here, but interested in any responses... DS is almost 14 months, I'm doing the don't-offer-don't-refuse thing (really, he can nurse as long as his little heart desires, but I'm letting him decide), and I don't think I am ovulating either. No AF, no signs of ovulating. I've also been getting pain every few weeks like I am about to get my period, and then nothing!
