I know we weigh-in on fridays but I think it would be good to check in at least once more during the week if not more.

Well, I was really hoping to be back to my pre-preg weight by my yearly gyno appt.. but that's Monday and I have a good 2 or 3 pounds to go... and I'm lucky if I manage a pound a week. But that's ok, because i AM close. And itching for some new clothes.. and a bag of M&Ms... and a bowl of ice cream...

I am doing pretty well this week eating healthy. But there just has to be SOMETHING to break this emotional bond I have with food!! I was craving sweets so much today I went through a banana, an apple, AND an orange. And almost raided my hubby's bag of pears in the fridge...

Sorry girl! We were on vacation so I was only checking email and internet stuff the bare minimum the last week and a half. I'll be back to checking more regularly this week!
