If it's your nipples specifically that are sore, I just had the best thing prescribed for me. Go to breastfeedingonline.com...there's a Canadian breastfeeding guru named Dr. Newman. On that site, he has a protocal for a nipple cream that you can have your OB prescribe. It has to be mixed at a compounding pharmacy and it's not cheap, but sister, it's worth it! It has really helped me. Hope this is helpful!
