Stomach bug or something else? (Maybe TMI)

Last week I had some diarrhea, figured I picked up a touch of what the kids at school have been passing around. Plus I was at the hospital two days (due to my sister loosing her baby). Took immodium and seemed to get better. Had more today, then started gagging like crazy. I had to leave work. 2 hours later, I feel fine. I took an immodium, and the diarrhea is better (not gone). What do you think? I'm going to doc. this afternoon so I'll ask him too.
