Carrier for extra large husband?

Any recommendations on a carrier my extra large sized husband can wear around house so he can work from home at computer with the baby?

how big is he? I know the ergo has a waist extender. I would think you will want something easy like a SSC as opposed to a wrap?

Well, a wrap has great flexibility, but for an extra large person there's an extra lot of fabric required. But many DH's don't have the interest level in anything besides a SSC, and you can look for a type of those with plus sized straps (plus sized shoulders allow for height as well as weight definitions of extra-large).

What's your definition of xl? My dh is 6'5" 250lbs. He wore my youngest all the time. He didn't care for the ergo or the boba or the beco. So I bought a toddler tula. He loved that. Said it didn't dig into his armpits like the others.

He's not huge...6 feet tall and has a gut so the waist size is probably biggest fit issue...I think he wants something very easy to get on and off.

My 6'4 husband can wear most SSC with an extender strap. He fits best in the Lillebaby Toddler carrier.

Don't know if you're still looking for suggestions as this post is from Jan., but what about a ring sling, especially if it's for just around the house. I think it would actually be easier to put on and off throughout the day than a SSC.

My 6'6" and heavy set hubby (he wears XXL in most things) can wear our Lillebaby All Seasons COMPLETE comfortably!

Will these also work for a heavy set mama?
