We took the 5th wheel and stayed in the city overnight last weekend. But instead of doing any shopping on day#2 we spent the whole time sitting in the Costco parking lot while DH replaced a shredded tire. So, we'll be back in the city tomorrow buying six new tires Oh yeah, and we live in Montana so of course the tire stores would never be open at 4PM on Saturday

Yep! Here it is:



I thought I'd use your to highlight some recent improvements I've made. Always in an effort to make these even better!



All seams are now serged for maximum durability



I now affix the PUL with a double seam. This creates two steps where there was one, but I think the added stength is worth it, and honestly it makes for much easier sewing . (some of the instocks don't have this, but should still function perfectly well)


This is a crummy picture, but I now use fusible bias tape between the zipper and the hem to try to curb those frays. We'll see how this works. I also sew the ends of the zippers a bit differently at the ends which should work even better
