Okay I'd love to get a hanging poo pail with a dark brown (chocolate) outer.

Is it made to be used like your pail liner in that you can put it into the washer to wash with the dirty dipes every time you wash?

Well, I suppose you could wash it every single time, although I personally find I don't always need to. I wash mine maybe once or twice a week or if I know there's been some poo smear on the inside. As with diapers, the more washes the more wear on the bag.

I hold mine over the top loading washer and dump/scoop the diapers in the wash. Then if I feel I need to wash the bag, I slip the hanger out and toss the bag in the wash too

Great! I can't wait! This seems like the perfect solution to letting go of the diaper pail. I looked into to hanging pails, but I really like that yours are on a hanger and it's still easy to put diapers into the pail.
