For a few weeks newborns tend to fall asleep easily at the breast, and if it starts to interfere with feedings you can strip them to just the diaper before feeding to help keep them awake, and also you can lightly "tickle" them to keep them awake. But if your lo is having enough wet and poopy diapers, gaining well, and seems contented then I would say there's really no problem.
