I got a lot of red spots w/ DD - it turned out to be PUPPS. I know there are some things that cane be homemade for relief in case it starts itching, but I've no idea what they are... (my doc had no clue what PUPPS was when I was pregnant with DD - grr!)

I have the exact same thing - little red spots/marks all over the belly all the way up to my breasts. They don't itch at all though... I'm not going to worry about them unless some other symptom comes up or they get worse.
