If you miss ice cream and haven't been able to eat dairy because your lo has a sensitivity, I found this stuff called Coconut Bliss ice cream at Whole Foods. It's made with coconut cream instead of dairy, so it's 100% vegan. It's hands down the tastiest non-dairy ice cream I've ever eaten, and I've been a vegan for over ten years!!! Even my dairy-lovin' dh scarfed down a whole pint of the chocolate flavor and said it was tasty. If you are near a Whole Foods you should definitely check it out. The flavors we've tried so far are vanilla, plain (coconut) chocolate, mint chocolate chip, and cappucino, and they are ALL good!

It's been almost a year since I've been able to have dairy since my DD is lactose intollerant and it affects her even through my milk. Thanks for sharing I think I will go shopping in the morning!

Ohh man we are going where there is a Whole Foods this weekend (an hour away) now I have a legit reason we HAVE to go to WF's......I have tried to search how to make it myself, but no luck. Thanks for sharing!
