I said, "I think I want to try cd... it's better for the kids, better for the environment, cheaper..." he agreed. And we started with FB which are dh-proof!

btw, at the time we had THREE IN DIAPERS and I wanted to cry.

Re: Did you talk your hubby into using cd's?

i talked DH into it with the "saving money/better for the enviro/don't have to worry about running out for sposies at 2am" lines...
so far, it has been very cost effective, since i have only bought a few new, and the rest used (here!!) and on ebay... I do have to have them ready for him to put on, since his hands are too big to stuff them... And our DCP will even use them!! YAY!

Re: Did you talk your hubby into using cd's?

There was no asking or talking hubby into it for me either. I traded a bunch of clothes to a mama on ebay for some kushies...the only kind I knew exhisted at the time...lol...and they hooked me. When Landan outgrew those I bought a dozen fb's at tax time, then found Fuzzi Fannies on ebay...she led me here and the rest is history!!

We have had 4 in diapers at once before with our foster children...so it definitly saves us money!!!

I would absolutely fall into this group LOL! I love CDing and I buy supplies every month to make diapers. I have more than enough supplies to last until my kids are 14~!
