Fleece washing???

This might sound silly but do you need to wash fleece everytime or can you go a little while between washing (air drying) and if so about how long as long as no poop. didn't know if it was the same as wool as far as washing goes....thanks

Re: Fleece washing???

I assume you're talking about fleece covers. I don't wash my covers until they start to smell.

Re: Fleece washing???

I wash mine every time I use them, but maybe I'm just funny that way
I figure since they are kind of like fabric (however synthetic) that I should wash them if they get any dampness on them. Otherwise I tend to find that fleece likes to hold onto smells.

I always hang my fleece covers to dry though since they dry so quickly.

Re: Fleece washing???

I wash my fleece after my DD wears it 2-3 times or if it starts to smell before that. It really depends on if the pee gets all the way through the dipe to the fleece or not. Sometimes I put her in fleece longies at night and those I wash after she wears them once.
