Kettlebell

Is anyone working out with this? Today was my first day with the 10 pound kettlebell. It really kicked my butt!

Re: Kettlebell

DH works out with one and loves it - kicks his butt too! I want a lighter one so I can try it too. I can't do much with his. His friend got him into it and they do some crazy stuff! Scary!

Re: Kettlebell

I'm too uncoordinated to do anything to crazy with it. I bought a video to use with it and I have bruise on my arms from just doing the basic moves. Ugh, I need to practice my form.

Ya I couldn't do anything crazy either, I'd hurt myself! Did you have to order yours or is there a store where you can get it?

Re: Kettlebell

I got it at target in the sporting goods section. They had most weight levels there. Expect the 15 pound kettlebell, which was the one I really wanted. I am glad I started with the 10 pounder I think the 15 would be too much. They also had videos that you can use with the kettlebell right next to them on the shelf.

I think ****s Sporting Goods has them as well.
