These look soooooo promising for me! I can't wait to get started. Unfortunately, this is a bad week for me, as I'm preparing to take my children on a week-long vacation by myself! But once I return home, I'm going to attempt to be a BIG LOSER!

Oh, has anyone used these books with success? Any comments?

I haven't used the books, but the videos are pretty good. Good luck on the weight loss & the vacation!
