Can I bleach stained/dingy/stale smelling microfiber inserts?

My CB OS inserts are getting a bit dingy and musty smelling. Would bleaching them help? If not, is there anything else I could try? Thanks.

I bleach my microfiber inserts at least once per month and then rinse, rinse, and rinse again - really helps with stink and leaves them nice and white!!

I bleach mine too. I've boiled them, which gets rid of stink, but they don't get white again without bleach.

YES! I just did this the other day because we started getting stink after I tried to go 3 days between washes, and the inserts were dingy looking...anyhow, I did my usual pre-rinse, then I washed the diapers on hot with tide and some dawn, then i took out the inserts and did some extra rinses for my pockets. Took out the pockets. Filled the washer with hot water and 1/4 Cup bleach and added inserts, let them agitate for a couple minutes then i paused the cycle and let them soak for an hour or so. Then I started it back up and had to do several rinses. They came out looking much whiter and so far the ones i've used since are not stinky...i'm hoping it did the trick for us. I will be bleaching them more often, once a month perhaps.

Yep, every month or two I wash inserts seperately and bleach them. (All inserts including hemp.)
