No, you will not need a cover for these. It's like using a fitted and covering it with a soaker or shorties except it's built in

I got my diaper today and it's fabulous!! Beautiful construction and VERY quick shipping!! I love it!! I totally need to order another one for Truman. Do you have another of the red skulls in large? I'm torn between that and a puppy one.
