Diaper Swappers

I got some Sweet turkey susages on sale and have no clue what to do with them. They are more of Dh kind of food. Any ideas. I have a bunch of peppers and he said susage and peppers, but I have no clue. Crockpot would be great. tia

I use turkey sausage with pasta and sauce., OR Peppers and onions and sausage sandwich. Since it is sweet I seem to lean more towards the italian menu. I used to fry potatoes and then had pieces in sausage in for like a hash.
