How is everyone doing?

I officially signed up this last week and have been doing great! The first three days I was a little hungry, but realized how many calories I was DRINKING and have been drinking 100% water (and OJ in the AM). It's made such a huge difference in how many points I have to EAT that I'm now having a hard time eating them all every day. I have also walked for 60 minutes everyday. I weigh in tomorrow.

Hope everyone is doing okay.

Great job on signing up! It's amazing how many calories we can use up just by drinking!! Have you considered partially diluting your OJ to make the points stretch farther, or has cutting out the rest of your point-drinks helped enough?

Weigh-in is tomorrow.. I was half a pound under this morning but we ate a heavier meal this evening (usually our heavier meal is Tuesday) so we'll see what happens.. !

I was drinking a lot (of calories)!! I'm ending days with 10+ pts left now. I also went back to skim milk so that is leaving more pts too. Oh, annnd I'm BFing. I'm trying to eat them all every day bc of BFing, but it's hard bc I'm so busy adjusting to life with two babes instead of one.

I just re-started on Friday.
I'm up 14 pounds from where I quit, but still 7 pounds under where I started.

Well, if you're consistently ending up with extra points maybe you could switch back to 2%/whole milk, or find any easy way to add a few points to each of your meals? I don't do WW so I'm not too good at ideas. Actually lately I figure I've probably been undereating too.. it just seems so counterintuitive to eat more!! Plus DD is about to start solids and I'm not sure how that will change things.

I weighed in this morning!

Starting weight (preg): 218(ish)
Last week: 166.5
This week: 165.5
Current loss: 1
Total loss: 52.5
Goal #1: 166.5 (pre-pregnancy weight)
First goal reached 5-27-08
Goal #2: 145-150
Pounds to go: 15.5-20.5

Gotta keep on going! I didn't put this weight on overnight (try over 7 years!) and it's not going to come off overnight!

Good idea, about the milk. I'm also trying to add more to breakfast, it's just hard to find the time to even eat breakfast some days.


Today was weigh in here too. I earned 13 activity pts this last week!

Highest ever (not pg): 190 lbs
WW start: 173 lbs
Short term goal is 10%: 156 lbs
Long term Goal is: 130 lbs
Week 1: 171 lbs
Total lost: 2 lbs

I'm counting calories not doing weight watchers but I am finding it hard to get with in my target calorie range too 1320-1670 a day. I'm usually at around 1100. But I'm determined to listen to my body not the numbers.. if I'm hungry I'll eat but not if I'm not. KWIM? My weigh in is friday

I never could eat all my BFing points. Someone on eTools said to take 2 points for every session up to 5. So I cut it down to just 6 points and that we more realistic for me.

Blah, my playgroup just called and we're meeting at McDonalds instead of the park because it's raining. I hate when they do that.

Week 1 - 5.8 lbs lost

I'm on my way to join now.... I'm not even going to post where I am

once I get underway w/ my weight loss I'll be able to share....
