please explain Calgon use to me.
I want to see if you guys use it differently than the directions say. Until we move, I'm stuck w/ our tiny apt sized stackage w/d set. I use just a teeeeny bit of detergent but our water is so hard here. I bought some Calgon - how should I use it? thanks!

Re: please explain Calgon use to me.
I heard to put it in with your detergent. I just bought some today too...its supposed to strip your clothes of detergent & dirt like RLR does too....we'll see.

Re: please explain Calgon use to me.
I never put in the full amount just to make it last. I started using it with all the laundry and did notice that my whites were seeming brighter. I stopped getting it and am trying out washing soda, the Calgon wash just so expensive but I loved it.
