What I would do is cut out the rice completely, I've heard that doesn't really do much nutritionally anyway.

I would do the bananas and avocados (which you could add BM into if you wanted, or not. Doesn't matter). And, yogurt. And maybe other foods like mash up some peas, and carrots or pears or whatever.

And, keep nursing on demand. And, maybe pumping too to boost up your supply to keep up with their demand.

just wanted to post this link in case some mama needs the info in the future. this is a great chart for intro'ing foods to babes suspected of having food allergies & categorizing allergenic foods (most to least)
