Well today was my first day back and so far so good i am under points

and i took an hour bike ride. Just had to share with someone!!

That is great, I really need to get back on it myself! Keep up the good work.

But remember, it can actually hurt you to eat less than your number of points. I lost more when I was right on the number for my points than when I ate less "points".
