Living in south florida I am continually nursing in the heat. In doors I have a/c so it is not an issue unless we are outside, which we are a lot. I love using slings, but they do lock in the heat so find a shady spot and I use a solarveil sling wich is much cooler. If you are nursing skin to skin you can put a little powder on both of you. This will help absorb the wettness and keep you all from sticking.

We actually just got done with the heat waves here in upstate NY. One day we hit almost 100 degrees. I stayed inside with the ceiling fan going along with the a/c going. Thing is we were still sweating since she was up against me, so a wet wash cloth helped. I would wipe myself down along with her. Cooled her off as well.
