But I am really, really upset.
I ordered a dozen diapers from a WAHM. I sold all my mediums in like 3 days so I could buy a dozen but then she was taking a couple weeks break. So she said end of March. Well it is May and I don't have my diapers.
About 2 weeks ago now she said her husband was going to mail them on Wed. But when Monday came she said she wasn't sure and she'd check. Well he didn't mail them until Friday but she also offered me a refund. I was like "woah! why would you offer me a refund if they are in the mail? Do you think they are lost?" Well the next Friday came and still no dipes and she says she is making me a replacement dozen but she doesn't have the right color fleece to match she is using what she has there now.
So I think and my Dh thinks it is a total lie that the first dozen were ever mailed. I don't want my money back, I want dipes. I'm not sure if I care what color the inner fleece is since it's just catching poopies but then I don't want something rushed and ugly when I paid for what I would have like to have.
I am so sick and sad about this. I haven't had anymore communication with the mama because I know calling her a lier won't help the situation and I didn't know what to say after she said she was making replacement ones. I am using other dipes I have so I'm not desperate but like so many mamas who end up in similar situaitons ... I just want my diapers!!

No I didn't get a tracking number she just said she put DC on it so she knows i didn't get them but she didn't do tracking.
Dh said, yeah she knows you didn't get them because she didn't send them. sigh

wow. that sucks, and you have every right to be completely and totally outraged! at this point i'd likely get a refund and take your business elsewhere. the wahm should be embarrassed at her poor customer service, and YOU NEED TO LEAVE FEEDBACK somewhere - anywhere. Your MONEY is sitting in her wallet and you have nothing. You ahve been patient, far more than I would be....

WOW.. I would be outraged!!! Can you file with paypal or something? If it took me 2 months to get 12 diapers made for someone I would feel like a huge looser!! I hope you get it resolved sooooo very quickly!! To me.. sounds like she never did mail them in the first place!!

I think that a fair thing to do would be for the WHAM to send 'new' dipes ASAP and give you some $ back.

I would file with pp as soon as you can. (if you still have time) if the dipes do show up you can always cancel the claim. I hope that you get it worked out one way or the other.
