I agree, I'd like to know who it is. You're not slandering the business, just giving the facts about a transaction gone bad. Also--report to Juicy Apple!

Re: I haven't wanted to say anything

I had something similar happen. I had paid for 5 dipes back in February, but I still hadn't received them.

I kept on asking about them, but the WAHM finally refunded my money this weekend when I asked her about them.

Re: I haven't wanted to say anything

I had a similar situation happen to me. It is so frustrating when it does. I ended up filing against PP but never got my money back because she had no money in her account. Also, the diapers did eventually show up... I still don't know when she mailed them but they showed up at least a month and a half after she claimed to of mailed them. I ended up placing a second order with her because she had given me a coupon code with the first order (I only placed an order for the value of the coupon). Those diapers have never shown up (though she claims to of mailed them). She sold off her business months ago and the person who bought it claimed she would compensate me. That never happened and she has disappeared. *sigh* At least I am only out the coupon and a defective diaper I had sent back to her for repairs.

It is so VERY frustrating, though, and gives good WAHM a bad name.

Re: I haven't wanted to say anything

I am on my way out the door but wanted to say this sounds exactly like what happened to me a while back when I bought a few diapers to try when Ashton was a newborn. She told me she would remake them and I was like ummm remake them? then how are you making money if you are remaking everyones stuff? KWIM? In the end after like 4 months they showed up and with extras inside and the post mark was from when she said she sent them. Talk about pony express!!

Re: I haven't wanted to say anything

I've been through something similar recently. She finally shipped my package when I contacted the attorney general in her state and threatened to call the local cops. She called my house that very day and sent the diapers. I should get them this week. It's sad, but sometimes this kind of action is what it takes. I would recommend trying this tactic.

I agree with the pp, she should send you the goods and refund your $. As a WAHM if I was ever in this position (which I never would be, but still) I'd refund the whole thing and send freebies. It's not the customer's fault that she wasn't making the diapers like she promised. You held up your end of the bargain by paying promptly, but she did not hold up hers. To me, freebies alone don't cut it, you should get at the least some money back.
