Re: BG XS on Tiny Newborns, pictures anyone?

I was wondering this too. I have a friend due soon and since I only started cding at 5 months, I wasn't sure what to get her. Thanks for posting.

How are they at holding the ebf poo in is the question!

I had pee leak out when the diaper wasn't prepped enough. (For some reason my BG AIOs leaked if they had not been washed/dried at least 4 or 5 times. I'm guessing there was some factory residue on the suedecloth) After that no problems with pee or EBF poop.

Re: BG XS on Tiny Newborns, pictures anyone?

DD was right at 7 lbs when we came home - I skipped the XS and went right to the small BG AIOs as soon as her cord fell off. I thought I had a picture, but I guess not. Sorry.

Anyway, they were a little high in the rise, but since her belly button was healed, it wasn't a problem.

Never a leak of any kind from them, unless I just plain left them on too long and the linings were soaked. And she had pretty skinny little chicken legs! That's still the case and she's in larges now. No leaks out the back or legs - ever - other than a too-full-diaper wicking onto her clothes.

Not a newborn, but I had them for E when he was 6-7 lbs. I found them too wide between the legs and suedecloth always leaked for us & really held onto poo stains. I much preferred the xs VB AIO's

xs BG-

xs VB AIO (very basic with the sewn-in birdseye)
