Okay ladies I figured it out for my computer. Here is my step by step for internet explorer, should work for other browsers too though.

1. On the top tool bar go to Tools
2. Scroll down to Internet Options
(This should bring up a window with a bunch of different tabs and buttons)
3. First find the button that says Delete Cookies press the button
(This will flush or delete cookies (I think that is what the other mamas are talking about anyhow)
4.In the same box that poped up under Internet Options, look for the tab that says Privacy (this is the third tab for me) double click, (might only need to click once for Mac users)
5. On the scroll bar on the left hand side, make sure that the setting is on medium or medium/high
6. Now close all browsers Yes all browsers
7. Go back to diaperswappers
8. Log in, this time checking the Remember Me box
9. Log out (to test)
10. Log back in to see if it automatically remembers you.

If not, post here and all the techies will figure it out I am sure.

My browser is a little different, I don't see anything about setting the security on medium or any setting, for that matter. I've been clearing my cookies, cache, history, etc., to no avail. It still doesn't remember me - everytime I log out, when I go to log in again, I have to type my username and password in again.

Part of what she did was close all browsers, even after logging out that session info is still stored in your browser. My online banking works the same way. I need to close browsers before logging back in.

Which browser do you use? Maybe we could help you figure out how to change the security settings. Or....you could try just logging out, clearing all history, cookies, cache....closing all browsers....maybe even shutting down your computer lol And then try again...... You may not have to edit security settings at all.

Re: OFFICIAL "I CAN'T STAY LOGGED IN" POST...check post #32 for promising solution!

Ok, I tried all that - cleared all my history, cache, cookies, closed the browsers, shut down my computer, started it back up, logged in here, logged out, closed the browser, opened it again, came back here, and it still won't remember me.

I use Mozilla Firefox as my browser....any ideas, anyone?!

ETA: What's strange is that this is the only place that won't remember me....I have no problem with other sites. I have no idea what that means (some days I wish I was really computer savvy!)

Okay I am now on my DH computer which uses firefox. I did something this morning to get it to remember me but for the life of me I can not remember. I know I did NOT erase cookies. My DH would flip out if I did that.

I wish I could help more but I don't have a clue now. I did it while I was half sleeping and I no longer have that problem on either browser.

I use firefox too. While I don't understand how the security settings work on it, I can at least show you an image of how mine are set (and where)....check to see if you see anything different in yours...

Ok, mine was set for all 3 of the protocols, so I unchecked the box for TLS 1.0, so mine is just like yours now, and did all of the logging in/logging out again, and still my username isn't remembered. So I guess that wasn't it!
