LOTS of cramping at 6 weeks

I really don't remember... lots of cramping at around 6 weeks, this can be normal, right? It's just my uterus stretching? I've been so crampy yesterday and today, like AF is coming... but no spotting or anything. Just my back and my abdomen are very uncomfortable. Reassurance, please?!

Re: LOTS of cramping at 6 weeks

I had that in my 3rd and 4th pregnancies. As long as there's no spotting, and the pain is not sharp or just on one side, then it's likely just stretching ligaments.

Re: LOTS of cramping at 6 weeks

I had alot of cramping in my first trimester with my dd. It is perfectly normal stretching of the uterus as long as there is no blood involved.

I figured that was the case, but it's been nearly 2 years since I was 6 weeks pregnant... my memory isn't so good anymore.

I also had a ton of cramping. That was actually how I knew I was pregnant. I kept thinking I was going to start my period; when I didn't, that's how I knew I was pregnant.

yep, I had a lot also. But I also had spotting and bleeding! That stopped around 8 weeks and the pains stopped a couple weeks later. Now I am 18 weeks and everything is going well.

When is your appt with dr? I went in, I needed dr reassurance! lol

I felt like I was about to get AF until about 10 weeks w/both kids. It made me so anxious!
