also send back the inserts? I'm thinking I'm just sending back the diapers, keeping the inserts and all I'll get back is new diapers (w/o inserts) right? The inserts are fine -its the older diapers that aren't holding up well.

Yes, keep the inserts because they won't replace those and you will just get the diaper back.

And don't forget that if you include $1 a diaper they upgrade it to color of your choice! I did that and it was great!

Oops, I just sent mine back yesterday and sent them with the inserts. And if I'd known they'd upgrade to color I'd have done that too.

Call cottonbabies! I'm sure they would let you upgrade and work out a form of payment with you. They have Excellent Customer Service!
