Re: Breast pads - what are your faves?

I also only got along with Lansinoh. I tried cloth and just kept leaking through.

I had to wear pads until about 13-14 months with my ds and am at month 10 now. I was thinking about quitting or switching to cloth and then the other day I completely soaked one...

I second that. I tried them all.. J&J painfully stuck to my nipples. Gerber just leaked right on through. Lansinoh is the BEST!!! and very slim. Couldn't tell I was wearing nursing pads.. with others, you could. Hope this helps mama

Re: Breast pads - what are your faves?

I have to wear lansinoh ones. I bought some washable ones from nicki's diapers and they just didn't keep me dry, so my nipples got sore. I would love to stay away from disposable items, but I need them. Not worth it to leak and have it sit on me.

I've been wanting to try lily padz, though.

Re: Breast pads - what are your faves?

I am not a fan of the sposies. They feel itchy to me (IMO). Chloecat on here made me some with bamboo and PUL backing so they are waterproof. They are HEAVEN. I also have some Dr. Brown's which I like, but they aren't waterproof and can be a little rough around the edges.

Another plug for Homemade Mama. I love her bamboo velor pads. They're soft, trim, and very absorbant.

I have tried nearly every brand of disposable and these are by far the best!
