ok I think soemone just mistaken me for someone else and i got neg feed back can they remove it please tell me they can. I am so sad right now

they said i left neg for them and i am not sure i have even done business with this person if i did i did not leave neg feedback i never have PLEAS PLEASE tell me this can be removed

I would first pm the person who left the feedback and ask if they have perhaps made a mistake. Tell them you do not remember doing business with them. If it was a mistake, I'm sure it can be removed but I would think you would need the person who left the feedback to agree that it was a mistake.

i'd Pm the mama and tell her she has mistaken you for someone else, you obviously didnt leave her a neg, i checked and she isnt even on your list, so thats very weird, but she needs to apologize to you and figure out who she needs to leave her fb for

It appears she put with the negative that you started a neg. THREAD....thats how I read it. If you didn't do business with her, I would ask her what she's talking about.

but yeah, contact one of the mods to ask for help. I recently got a feedback from a mama that I've never done business with. And I PMed her and asked her to remind me of our transaction because I don't recall having one with her. (I was going to be floored with embarrassment should I have had bought something from her and just totally left my brain, kwim?) Come to find out she was leaving feedback for lots of people and my name popped up automatically and she didn't realize it. oops.

yours sounds a bit more like it was deliberate. I hope it can be resolved and your FB % restored.

thanks everyone i have pmed twice i hope she gets it I am so upset I would not even be like that if i did not get something unless they just stopped talking to me like the gal on ebay who disapeared on me but even then i gave it 5wks before doing anything

There is a contact button at the bottom right of each page.
The only negative(??) thread i found was about turning priority mail bags inside out and you getting charged for it.
