10/01 Weekly Weigh-In

I was 164 last week and I've only maintained....which is better than gaining, but not quite as good as losing My goal for now is 140...so, 24 lbs to go. Originally my goal was to get it done by my birthday...but that's at the end of the month...so, I don't see it happening So, now I'm aiming to see my goal weight for my sons bday (Jan 27th). I think that's fairly realistic if I work hard.

I'm going for surgery on Tuesday, so no working out for awhile...and I'm not sure when I'll be back online...but wanted to start this thread and tell everyone to keep up the good work and stay on track!

I am up a pound this week from 191.5 to 192.5. I am not sure why either. I have been pretty good and have been exercising too. hmmm...

Wow Mini way to go!!! I weighed in at 164 last week and weighed in at 163 this week! I guess I keep at 1 lb a week!

I was 228.4 and now I am 230.0. I deserved it though. I am doing better.

went to weigh in yesterdau and lost 1.6 lbs again this past week for a total of 6.6 lbs in 3 weeks
not too bad!

This morning around lunch my butt-naked weigh in LOL was 157.8 (yes I do it down to the oz LOL). Last week I was 165 & I started out on the 18th of last month at 170.

Hey guys! We just got everything moved into the new house and the phone turned on today. Sorry you haven't heard from me. And with out you guys my diet atempts have failed. I have done pittyfuly for the last few weeks and would be suprised if i didn't gain 10 lbs. I am starting over though. Starting in the morning. I am doing ww from home and the quick start (20 points a day?) so hopefully i will be able to post good results next week.
