Should I ask to return?

I got a couple dipes today with two snaps on each side. On one dipe, the bottom snaps pop open too easily, much more easily than the other two. One takes almost no effort at all to open up. Is this considered normal or not for a dipes in EUC? Would it be crappy of me to ask to send it back?

Re: Should I ask to return?

Did you buy them in FSOT? I'd PM the mama and ask if she had an issue with the snaps. You definately don't want a diaper that has snap issues!

Yuppers, but I don't think she never really used them. She got them from another mom (I think on here?) and they weren't right for her DC. That makes it a bit more complicated.

Re: Should I ask to return?

I know there were certain snap settings I didn't use on my dipes, so maybe she didn't know?

It doesn't matter where she got them or if she knew about it or not, she sold you something mis-stated and if your not happy you have every right to ask her to take it back. She might expect you to pay shipping back to her though.

Re: Should I ask to return?

Thanks ladies. I don't mind paying to ship back...better than having a dipe that I don't think will work well for us, KWIM? I appreciate the help with this.
