Anyone use Care.com?

I'm looking for someone to watch my two sons in my house on the weekends while I work and I was wondering if anyone has used the website before. I used to just drop them off at my mom's house while I worked but my job changed the size of my territory that I work and now I'm going to be all over the place.

I actually started and account with them , haven't had to use anyone yet, but intend to occasionally for nights out, etc... I really like the background and reference checks they offer and there are tons of people in my area, but I live around a major university and tons of them are education majors needing extra cash and nanny jobs over the summer
