Car seat stroller frames - graco only?

I can't seem to find anywhere that carries a "universal" car seat stroller frame. The only one I can find is the graco one for their snugride car seat, and using the seat and frame is just as much as buying an expensive travel system.

In a perfect world, I'd like to find a car seat that doesn't need a base and can be used up to at least 30 pounds, and a lightweight stroller frame.

I have the Kolcraft (sp?) one and I LOVVVVVED it ! He's too big for the bucket seat now and I'm bummed! It rolled/turned SO smoothly, even with one hand. And one hand fold. Check out local online classifieds (we have here, that's where I found it!).

I used that setup with my twins and the one I got was made by Baby Trend/Swan. It was the double Snap-n'-Go, but I'm positive they make a singe as well. You can use pretty much any brand of infant seat with the frame. I LOVED it!
