I guess she does want to knit them for me LOL. However, she just made it w/ just guessing and she said it would fit a 1 month old LOL. I told her she needs to let me put him in a diaper and measure him

She's gung-ho, I guess. I sent her allthe links you guys gave me yesterday. I hope she's using 100% wool...I'll have to call her today.

I figure, any she makes that are too small can always be used w/ another baby if I have one!

My nana was knitting for me and my business, but has had too much medical crap going on, so she hasnt been able to. I am bound and determined to learn how to knit this summer after Imove, since my sewing machine and fabric will be in storage.

That's great! Wish my Mom or MIL would knit up some stuff for my boys, but she's (my MIL) so busy these days she doesnt have time and my Mom doesnt know how to knit that great, so I'll just keep spending the cash on wool stuff I guess ROFL!!!!

My MOm is a skilled seamstress and knitter. I don't know why she never taught me. Maybe b/c I"m so impatient and I give up

Anyway, I think she's psyched she has something she can do for Ethan. I have a friend w/ a little girl and my MOm has gone nuts making her dresses - like pillowcase type dresses. Its hard to make boy clothes, really. She felt bad. Now I think she feels like she can do something nad trust me,she'll go hog-wild. She's newly retired and hates being idle. I think I'll have more wool than fitteds to pair with them LOL

My mom made all of my wool soakers. She had hopes of making them to sell as well since she is hard up for money right now, but for some reason no one would buy them. I'm not sure why, they're really cute and they work great.

Anyway, it's nice to have someone in the family supplying free wool!
