Sometimes my DS spit up resembles the consitancy of a milkshake... does anyone have any ideas why??

ds gets form. when im at work & his spitup looks like that

I was told it was because the body absorbed most of the liquid from the formula. My DS does the same and sometimes it is alot thicker than that.
