do i have to pre wash these.
1. Pul (5 colors)
2. black micro fleece
3. black suede cloth
4. flannel prints
5, elastic (FOE)
6, Hook and Loop

Yes you must prewash fabric before sewing.
Wash and dry all fabric on hot. This will set the colors so they won't bleed and shrink the fabric the maximum amount it will shrink. Hot water sets the colors and hot dryer shrinks the fabric - this okay and the reason for prewashing/drying.
Wash and dry similar colors together otherwise the colors might bleed leaving you with some funky colored fabric.

Elastic does not need to be pre-washed.
