Diaper Swappers

I've used this Swaddlebees Organic Velour for about a month now and when I got it out of the dryer today it looked like this. I noticed string in the washer and didn't think anything of it until now. Help - is this fixable or am I just out of luck. I paid $21.95 for this diaper and would hate to just have to throw it out.

It just looks like the elastic is out

Contact your retailer you bought it from, Swaddlebees is terrific about backing up their products~
