Where did you purchase the item(s) from:
What did you buy: a non-custom Calyx Baby Carrier
How was the customer service: Not good. After three weeks, I emailed the WAHM asking about an approximate shipping date. I didn't hear back. Finally, my third email was answered with
I"m sorry that your carrier is taking a long time. We are still within the 4-6 week shipping time specified. It should be with you by July 28th, which is your 6 week mark. My sewing shop has been very slow for me, it is out of my hands and I have been trying to get them to move faster.
I sent another email on July 26th asking for a shipping status. Again - it went unanswered. When I emailed the next day saying that if I did not receive a shipping notice by the 28th that I would be filing with PayPal, I received an email immediately saying [QUOTE]Or, you could ask me for a refund. Would you like that?[QUOTE] - which, I then asked for.
Review of the product: Never received it.
Any additional comments: Very disappointed. I am a very laid back customer. I understand that things come up. However, waiting for 6 weeks for a NON-custom carrier is outrageous, imo.
Would you do business with them again? Absolutely not.
