Re: Would you accept "concealed cash?"

Nope! If they HAD to pay with other means other than PP I dont even know if I would do that (like a MO) PayPal is really the way to go. They can claim they sent the $$ and "it got lost" and who knows what kinda problems you'd have then. Especially no feedback ANY WHERE not even ebay. I'd pass.

Or they could get a DC number, send you an empty envelope and then they have "proof" they sent you something and you would either have to send them the diapers, OR leave yourself open for getting NEG feedback. To risky for me! I dont do money orders either, for this same reason. I would rather loose a sale here and there than risk my feedback.

The simple fact that the buyer could say easily "I sent the money and never received my items" and how would the buyer prove her wrong?

Re: Would you accept "concealed cash?"

Because you can not track money in bill form, you can however track that a check has been cashed, M.O. cashed, and even if you got a DC number does not mean that the "money actually was in the letter. Just saying it is safer to error on the side of caution when it comes to NO feedback.

Re: Would you accept "concealed cash?"

Maybe I'll ask for a money order within certain days see what is said.

The way the question was phrased-- and as odd as it sounds, strange misspellings that when I did a search of their other posts (totally different board) were not the same pattern -- It reminded me of phishing and scam requests on eBay to buy it now from Niegeria.

Who knows WHY people do what they do. But there are people in communities who scheme to get something for nothing.

Re: Would you accept "concealed cash?"

I have done it before, but when I do, I am VERY clear... BUYER BEWARE. If the money does not arrive, I don't ship. I am honest and can be trusted, but I still I figure they are taking a risk, not me. If their money doesn't arrive, it's not my fault, and I'm clear on this.

Re: Would you accept "concealed cash?"

I never thought of that. I would probably still accept it at their own risk. Who would do that just to leave you a neg feedback? I mean, unless someone has a vandetta against you, I dont see why someone would go through so much trouble just to leave you neg.
