Re: How to be a CVS'er

Thanks hon. My brain was too fried to figure it out for some reason!! lol

Mine will be sick of me soon, I can tell. It was the same people both times I went in and they had to hook me up with a card and then help me with the picture book thing and then I had coupons for everything. lol But I still haven't managed to get my OOP total down like you. lol But that's because I can't resist things that are on sale even if I down have a coupon. Like I plan to get the Palmolive, VO5 and Bumble Bee Tuna even though I have no coupons. Oh well. Still good prices.

Re: How to be a CVS'er

You are lucky Renee! The three stores i went to, will not let me use more than one of these $2 coupons at once. Some will be nice i guess and ring them as different orders, but a few are telling me I can NOT do it since it is written "One per customer". I have another one by my job but they donot follow any of the promotions... weird, uh?

Walk up and down the isles. Often you'll see REALLY good clearance items. Especially by the febreeze, dishsoap area. There's oust and some other things for pocket change.. LITERALLY! They had oust candles (the ones that melt down to liquid and smell sooooooooo good.. and they're $.82 I believe!

Yeah the manager is all of a sudden telling me I cant do it anymore. She's been letting me but not anymore. She let me do it today but no more. She was very kind about it so I couldn't complain. That's ok, i've gotten more then my fair share with them so I am not upset.

If i REALLY need something i can use it at another location but I dont think I NEED anything else skincare wise. So im ok with it.

I wish I had more then one location to shop at. The one location I have isn't all that close (about 10 miles away) and any other locations are about 30 miles away and in a town that I have no other excuse to go to!! lol

Re: How to be a CVS'er

Thank you for taking the time to post this!!! Still trying to make sense of it all and also to be brave enough to take my THREE kids (ages 4.5, 2, and 6 weeks!) with me and be able to actually *think* while I'm there in the store shopping. This will be much easier when the older two are in a half-day preschool beginning in Sept.!

Re: How to be a CVS'er

I was wondering what all the hype about CVS was until I saw this thread. Thanks a million for typing it all up mama!!!

I'm SO excited about this. I was a bit confused but thought I'd just dive in. So last night when dd was the crankiest she's ever been - began teething a week or so ago - I decided to go get some baby orajel and also check out what the flyer had.

I got the orajel, baby spoons, gum, kisses for $21. Printed with my receipt - $4 for updating my email, $5 for the candy, $2 for the orajel, and $2 for a toothbrush (which I need a new one!). That's a total of $13 in coupons!

I just have one question - do I get my ECB earned from the 2% online or what?
