Re: Nighttime Snack Ideas?

when i was pregnant with our daughter i was SO sick and had to keep something in my stomach all the time.

i usually ate:
a baked potato
pb & jelly sandwich with a huge glass of milk
refried beans
oatmeal
a big bowl of peas (i craved peas the entire time!)
graham crackers with milk

however, the one thing that really helped my during my worst stage of nausea/sickness was the sour Preggie Pop Drops.

Re: Nighttime Snack Ideas?

hmm... I'm getting a bit better but my snacks tend to revolve around the following:

cottage cheese
toast with jelly (I know, no nutrition, but sometimes it's what I want)
yogurt
a small bowl of cereal
nuts

I try to make sure it has some protein so it sticks, but most of the time I just want something that tastes good.

Little Debbies, donuts, cereal and milk. I think I'm craving the carbs since they help me get to sleep.

sliced almonds, dried cranberries, vanilla ice cream and 'real' caramel topping. It's TDF!

My Doula suggests having vegan cookies, oatmeal cookies, granola and almonds near your bed with water so you can nibble during the night.
