Fenugreek for labor help!

has anyone taken fenugreek to stimulate labor? If so...how much did you take?

No... but FWIW, we used accupressure and that baby was out in 11 hours w/ only 4 hours of labor!

No, but it works great for trying to get your breastmilk going if you you are having a hard time getting it to come.

It has been used to stimulate labor in the past. EPO wouldn't work for her, shes already 4.5cm and nearly fully effaced. The EPO would be pointless since it only effaces. She's just stuck right on the edge between early and active labor.

hmm, I have never heard of fenugreek for labor, just for increasing milk supply. This has me curious.
