gender predictions?!?

okay so i went to my appointment. things are good over all... which is great because we have been having so many issues with this pregnancy. There is no need for strict bedrest right now, just taking it easy. yay. Finally I can have some normal-ness back in my life. I can not worry quite as much for the time being. I still am having a lot of pains and what not but I gotta suck it up.

The babys heart rate was in the 140's and he/she was moving around like crazy. By old wives tale, would that make it a girl? The babys heart rate was more last visit, in the 160's... but he said its completely normal to get lower as the baby gets bigger.

The chinese gender chart shows that it is a girl by my lunar age at time of conception.

interesting.... Im internally thinking its a girl, even before these lil suggestions, but knowing now that i am leaning towards girl, I know it will be a boy after I drool at all the cute baby girl stuff. haha. My mother in law swears it is a boy because she keeps referring to the baby as "he".

so. whatcha think?

A low heart beat means that it is a boy. At least for the old wives tale.

All 4 of my boys were in the 140's, so I think you are having a boy.

Just a guess, do not hold me to it.

yeah anything under 139 said to be a boy, and im barely in the 140s. Last time it was 167.. dropped a lot but then again, baby is quite a bit larger so not as much need for super fast heart tones. But then again... my son was super high, he was in the high 160s most of the pregnancy and was down to the 150s in the end... so who knows.
