The best thing is to just do it over and over again, until you don't think twice. That said, some things I did at first were to hold the corner of a blanket up with my teeth while getting dd latched on, then dropping the blanket once she was latched. Another thing was to wear a cheap tank top underneath my shirt. The tank I had cut holes in over my boobs, so that it was very easy access and covered my pp tummy.
