I was happy to see the mom character in the baby blues comic strip breastfeeding(the one a few days ago showed her with a bowl of cereal in one hand, spoon in the other, the baby pulling her hair and nose while breastfeeding - said "never breast feed with your hands full") It was the first I had seen of the strip in a while since I havent been reading the paper since my daughter was born (4.5 mo) .... anway I went to their site to see if I could read the old strips and I saw an ad for their store so I clicked on it, basically the only thing they sell is this shirt and one that says motherhood is not for the weak... or something like that.

I dont see this shirt as being pro-breastfeeding..... am I wrong? I was pretty surprised to see it.

Hmm, I don't know about that shirt... part of me thinks haha and part thinks WTF thats bs

I know if I were going to make or buy a bfing shirt it wouldn't be that one. Sorry

No, I don't think it's a great shirt, and I wouldn't buy or wear it.

I dunno. I'm not sure that I would wear it, although it amuses me. I admit, there were days, no WEEKS where I felt like breastfeeding fully sucked. But you move on. I don't think that it means to be derogatory towards breastfeeding in general, but that sometimes it isn't fun.

i dont like it personally. i get the whole meaning behind it but it still doesnt seem very supportive to me.
