Re: Could we start a big families forum?

All we can do at this point is offer to add a sticky for you. We aren't adding new forums at this point, because we have a lot that are just...inactive, for lack of a better way to put it. We still have to figure out a lot of stuff that's going on with those and figure out which ones are inactive or not, but it takes a LONG time to scroll to the bottom now already. We have a small group of mods for the large member base here also and that doesn't help and the more forums we add, the more they have to moderate. I'm sorry. It doesn't mean there never will be one, but not right now

Awesome idea!! I am pregnant with baby #4 now and can barely keep up with my 3.5 yr old when he has a growth spurt and is eating EVERYTHING! We seriously go through ALOT of food.

Re: Could we start a big families forum?

I would SO lurk in that forum! I feel like I am going crazy trying to keep a little of myself while maintaining a house! The whole mom and wife thing is a LOT of work, and though I am not lazy, I sure do procrastinate and I am NOT a self starter. So... I would be watching for ways to fit time in for myself, how to manage cooking with little ones IN BETWEEN my feet, how to sew with a kid determined to be between me and the item I am sewing, how to make your marriage a top priority. Oh, and how to talk my DH into having at least 4! (I really want 6, but he only wants 2... so how about 4?)

Someone just start the thread then report yourself and put "cowmommy said to sticky" in the reason that way the first mod that sees it can sticky it for you, because I'm heading out the door

I was wondering that, too. But Parenting makes sense.
